setter chick

olivia’s official team portrait.
she doesn’t like it, but i think she looks awesome. her team won their first game last tuesday...and against cardinal no less. the whole team really stepped it up. another game saturday, that we’ll miss unfortunately...but i know they can do it!

(ok. i can’t help myself...olivia is, of course, the best player on the team!)

all star

baseball tournaments all last weekend. this weekend...all star game. sammerjam was one of three players on his team to be selected. he likes to pitch, but he is an awesome first baseman. very proud of you, sammy!

sam wants to be him, and olivia wants to marry him.

0-14

so they didn’t have the greatest season.
but we are so proud of olivia for trying a new sport.

yesterday was their last game.
and even after being sick for 2 days, she had the most awesome game.
the overhand serve definitely clicked in (i think she had 6 in a row).
and in my opinion was partially responsible for at least 6 more.
most importantly, most of the team really had a great time with each other.

i LOVE watching him play. he never stops moving (probably to a fault sometimes).

practice time and a little bit of saturday’s game.
sam is number six.
it doesn’t look like it...but they do actually get it in the basket sometimes.
